A bit of a mixed bag for this Friday!!
A little bit of this and that for today, so sit back and enjoy! LOL Sophia had a FABULOUS birthday yesterday, they really play it up for the kids at school. She had birthday candles at her spot and a flag (the Danes have this obsessive need to have their flag at every holiday, cracks me up lol), all the kids sang happy birthday to her and they all drew pictures that the teacher then makes into a book and gets sent home with the birthday child. She was also allowed to bring in a treat for the class and got to pick what games they played. I also made her some birthday cookies (M&M, her fave), so she declared the day a HUGE hit, oh and she got another "yes" to her party, so she was excited about that!
I also have my weekly menu to share with you today. It has a few new recipes on it for me to try. I've linked you to them in case you are interested in trying them your self. :)
Sat- 5 Spice chicken legs - Sweet potato Fries - Steamed Broccoli.
Sun- Avgolemeno (Chicken Soup with Egg-Lemon Sauce)
Mon- leftovers.
Tue- Sandwiches (Ballet Night)
Wed- Spaghetti with tuna sauce - salad.
Thurs- Middle Eastern Pizza - Salad.
Fri- Green Chile and Zucchini Quiche - Salad.
Lastly is scrapping news I have a couple LO's to show off! The first si a LO I did with the new kit Bonne nuit les petits from Kawouette.
The second I JUST finished up this morning and I LOVE it!! The kit I used is Cake And Ice Cream from Christy Lyle and Amanda Dykan and will be available at Sweet Shoppe Designs TOMORROW, so run and pick it up, it's rawking!! :)
That will pretty much wrap things up for this week. I have a ton of movie reviews I wanted to get to this week, but alas, did not, so look for those next week! Have a fabulous weekend and until next time..TATA!!

Very pretty layouts Eve!! I can't wait to see Christy and Amanda's kit tomorrow! love the giant party words behind the photos on the layout! love the cloud paper as your background on the first layout!! sounds like your daughter had a fabulous birthday at school!!!

I just love the birthday layout - very tightly designed with great little details.
I enjoy your blog a ton because cooking and scrapping are my two favorite activities.... though I am skeptical of spaghetti with tuna sauce. Do you use marinara or is it creamy?
