Very short Foodie Friday this week...

It is still way to hot to be sitting in front of this computer, so this week's "Foodie Friday" will consist of just my menu for the upcoming week! Nothing to fancy, just fast, easy and dishes that don't require me to turn on the oven much!!

Menu for the week of July 4th until the 9th

• Sat- Sweet potato, Eggplant and Spinach Madras Curry - Rice.
• Sun- BBQ Chicken Legs - Dijon Dill Potato Salad - Veggies.
• Mon- Summer Tomato Pasta.
• Tues- Minty Chili and Lemon Halloumi and Herbed Rice.
• Wed- Chicken Cesar Salads.
• Thurs- Tacos.
