As the world turns....

Update Time!

As of 7:30 am on the dot, the bricklayer arrived and is pouring the neighbors bathroom floor, hence also filling the holes in our ceiling! Apparently, this is how GOOD contractors work and just pisses me off at how bad the ones we hired to remodel were...grrr. So, things seem to be moving along on that end and I assume that the plan hasn't changed and the carpenter will be by tomorrow to rebuild the ceiling.

Of course everything can't possible go as planned, L woke up feeling sick and threw up a couple times, SO that means he is at home with us and there will be no Christmas shopping today. :( I am bummed the little guy is sick and really bummed I don't get to shop. I was really looking forward to a day out with DH. Anyways, what are you gonna do, such is the life of parents!

We have a parent/teacher meeting about L today, or should I say DH does, since now the subject of said meeting is sick. I am hoping that everything goes good with that!

With that I will wrap things up for today and will be back soon with another "edge of your seat, super exciting" update. LOL Until next time...TATA!!
